WVU Medicine Urgent Care is now offering virtual video visits at no cost.*
You can’t predict when you might get sick or hurt, but WVU Medicine Urgent Care can provide the help you need for non-emergency health issues.
If you or your child has cold or flu-like symptoms, please stay in your home, call (304) 598-6000 and select option 4.
Our team treats people of all ages for a wide range of illnesses and injuries, including: abdominal pain, broken bones, coughs, colds, flu, infections, rashes, sprains, strains, and more. No appointment is necessary at our clinics.
Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays – we’re ready to get you back on track as quickly as possible. Most of our locations are open seven days a week, with on-site lab and x-ray services, for one-stop care by our friendly, professional staff.
And because we are part of WVU Medicine, we can easily refer you for follow-up or specialty care, if needed.
Most insurance plans are accepted. Some services are not available at all locations.
*You must be physically located within the state of West Virginia at the time of your video visit, due to licensure regulations. Until May 15, 2020, we will waive all personal pay fees, including deductibles or co-payments.
