We hope to make your visit as comfortable as possible. For your convenience, we offer a variety of amenities on campus for patients, family members, and visitors:
Information Desk
Patient location and information can be obtained by calling 304-845-3211, or by checking at the information desk in the lobby.
Cafeteria
Hours of operation for the Cafeteria (located on the Basement Level):
Breakfast: 6:45 – 8 am
Lunch: 11 am – 1 pm
Dinner: 4 pm – 5:30 pm
Please note: Breakfast is not served during weekends. Vending machines are available 24 hours a day on the first floor and in the Cafeteria.
Chapel
The hospital Chapel, located on Level 1 off the front lobby, is open 24 hours a day. Copies of the Bible are available.
Gift Shop
The Gift Shop is operated by the Reynolds Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and is located in the hospital’s Main Lobby. A diverse selection of fine gifts, magazines and confections are available for purchase on weekdays from 9 am to 4 pm.
Smoking Policy
For the health of our patients, visitors, faculty, and staff, we ask that you please refrain from using tobacco of any form, including e-cigarettes and vapor products, at all WVU Medicine clinics and facilities, including parking lots and garages.
Our entire campus is tobacco-free, including all clinic buildings and surrounding areas (sidewalks and parking lots).
