  • Free home delivery through the mail
  • Medication compounding
  • Medication therapy management

  • Savings on specialty medication
  • Specialty medications and injectable prescriptions on-site

We bill most insurance and major pharmacy prescription plans, and accept all forms of payment. A 10 percent discount is available for senior citizens and WVU faculty, staff, and students on over-the-counter medications.

Medication Compounding Services

If you have a medical condition that requires custom-made medications, our pharmacists are able to provide you with unique custom drug strengths or a combination of medications that are not available in a pre-manufactured way. We also provide smaller dosage formats for people with swallowing difficulties and prescription flavoring to help children take their medicine. Not all pharmacies are able to offer compounding services, and WVU Medicine pharmacies are proud to offer you this specialty care.

Blood Glucose Monitor Training

Some blood glucose monitors are easier to use than others. Our pharmacy staff is available by appointment to help patients with diabetes learn how to correctly operate testing systems and ensure that you receive the most accurate readings.

We know that test strips and monitor supplies can be expensive, so if you’re looking to purchase a blood glucose monitor, we can help verify that your insurance company covers the cost of the supplies.

Contact us at 304-598-4848 to schedule an appointment for diabetes equipment education or medication counseling.
