- From the MyChart dashboard, select Schedule an Appointment.
- On the right side of the screen, select Scheduled Urgent Care Video Visit.
- Complete the questionnaire, then choose a time slot for your video visit.
Patients who use Peak Health Insurance are eligible for on-demand urgent care video visits from 8a.m.- 8p.m. EST.

Prepare for Your Urgent Care Video Visit
You can have your urgent care virtual visit on your phone, tablet, or PC — it’s up to you. If your personal computer is a Mac, we recommend using a mobile device instead.
- Join your visit from a quiet, well-lit location.
- Use a Wi-Fi connection whenever possible.
- Write down questions before your visit.
- Make a list of any prescription and over-the-counter medications you take regularly.
- Keep a pencil and paper handy to write down notes and care instructions during your visit.
- Review your health insurance information to see what you’ll pay out of pocket for care. Many plans provide coverage similar to an in-person urgent care visit.
Check Your Hardware in Advance
For the best connection, use the MyChart app on your phone or tablet; it’s compatible with Apple and Android devices. We also recommend connecting over Wi-Fi and closing all other apps. Don’t forget to double-check that your camera and microphone are working.
