WVU Medicine Dermatology offers patients the most advanced technologies for diagnosing and treating diseases involving the skin. Our physicians see a range of complex dermatological cases, and several of our physicians are trained in both internal medicine and dermatology.
We offer comprehensive services for adults and children and treat a variety of skin conditions from acne to complicated skin cancers. Our goal is to provide every patient with the best possible care using state-of-the-art diagnostic procedures.
In addition to managing your dermatologic concerns, we are also committed to advancing knowledge related to skin diseases and conditions by training future clinicians in our residency training program.
We can screen, diagnose, and treat patients for simple to complex skin cancers. We offer medical cosmetic procedures with lasers, peels, and fillers. We use light therapy for treating a variety of inflammatory conditions including psoriasis and eczema. We use advanced patch testing to determine the causes of contact dermatitis.
