WVU Medicine provides free e-cards for current patients staying in the hospital. By filling out a brief online form, you can let a loved one know you’re thinking of them with an e-card.
Our volunteers print and hand deliver cards to family members and friends within the hospital Monday through Friday. If we receive your card after 10 am Monday through Thursday, it will be delivered the next day. Any cards received after 10 am Friday through Sunday will be delivered on Monday. We are unable to deliver cards on weekends or holidays.
If the patient has been discharged or has chosen not to be listed in our inpatient hospital directory, we will send you an email to let you know that your card could not be delivered. Please note that cards are not forwarded to a patient’s home address.
