Why I chose Wheeling: I chose to do my residency at WVU Medicine in Wheeling because of the opportunity to work with exceptional physicians and mentors who are dedicated to helping new doctors grow. Being part of a respected academic institution like WVU gives me access to excellent training and resources, along with plenty of clinical and research opportunities. On top of that, the Wheeling community is welcoming and close-knit, which makes a big difference when you’re moving to a new city.
My hobbies are: Running, watching TV/sports, fishing, golf, and pickleball.

Why I chose Wheeling: I chose Wheeling because it offers the unique opportunity to train in a new, growing program with strong mentorship from experienced attendings that have a passion for teaching. As a new program, there’s a sense of momentum and investment in resident development that’s exciting. The tight-knit, supportive community and friendly hospital environment make it an ideal place to grow both personally and professionally.
My hobbies are: Pittsburgh sports, cooking, basketball, golf, and traveling.
