Why I chose Wheeling: I was drawn to WVU Medicine Wheeling Hospital’s fellowship program because of its strong focus on complex trauma and adult reconstruction, paired with the opportunity to serve patients in an underserved, high-need region. I wanted a program that would challenge me clinically and surgically, while also offering mentorship from regional and nationally recognized faculty. The collaborative environment and exposure to advanced multidisciplinary care make WVU Medicine Wheeling Hospital an ideal place to grow as a surgeon and deepen my impact on patient care.
My hobbies are: Outside of medicine, I enjoy reading, watching sporting events, outdoor activities, working on creative projects, and spending time with my wife and kids – who are equally excited about the opportunity and adventure of life in Wheeling, West Virginia.
