Volunteering
Join the Thomas Hospitals Volunteer Team
At WVU Medicine Thomas Hospitals, volunteers are an essential part of delivering quality, compassionate care to our community. Their dedication provides the extra hands—and hearts—that make a meaningful difference for patients, families, and staff each day.
Whether escorting a patient from Admitting to another department, assisting a guest at the Information Desk, ringing up a purchase in the Gift Shop, delivering comfort items from the hospitality cart, or simply offering reassurance to a family waiting during surgery, our volunteers help create a supportive and caring environment throughout the hospital.
