Questions: 304-424-2111

We’re honored you’ve chosen us for your care. Our team is here to make your experience as comfortable, safe, and stress-free as possible. Here’s what you can expect before and during your stay with us.

    What to Bring

      • Photo ID
      • Insurance Information
      • List of medicines being used
      • List of allergies

Our admissions staff will assist you through the admissions process, answering questions you may have and providing you with information about your visit with us.

      Personal Belongings

Camden Clark Medical Center is not responsible for valuables or personal items such as hearing aids, dentures, and eyeglasses. We ask that you leave your wallet, jewelry, and other valuables at home or with a friend or family member. If this is not an option, please speak with your nurse about special arrangements. Camden Clark Medical Center is not responsible for the loss of any valuables. Please report any missing items to a nurse.

      Parking

All visitors are asked to park in lots specifically designated for visitors, free of charge. Click the map to enlarge.

      Easy Access Entrances

Your comfort and convenience are important to us. To make arriving simple, we offer three easy-to-access entrances:

      • South Tower Entrance – located on the ground level, next to our Emergency Department.
      • North Tower Entrances – available on both the first floor and the ground level.

We also provide free shuttle service to all entrances, and valet service is available at the South Tower entrance for extra convenience.

      Checking In

When you arrive, your room will be assigned based on your care needs and room availability. A limited number of private rooms are available, but please note that most insurance plans do not cover the full cost of a private room. Our team will do their best to make you comfortable, wherever you are placed.

      Identification Bracelets

For your safety, you’ll receive an identification bracelet at check-in. This bracelet contains important information about your care. Please keep it on during your entire stay—it helps our care team ensure you receive the right treatment at the right time.

      Your Patient Pass Code

To help protect your privacy while keeping loved ones informed, each patient is given a personal pass code.

      • Only those who know your code will be able to receive updates about your care.
      • You choose who to share your code with, and it’s important they do not pass it along without your permission.
      • To keep things simple, we encourage family and friends who have the code to share information with one another rather than calling the nursing unit multiple times.

This system helps us keep you safe, while also making sure the people you trust most stay connected and informed.
