Cafeteria The cafeteria offers visitors a full selection of hot and cold foods. The cafeteria is located along the main hallway toward the front of the hospital. A menu is posted at the entrance to the cafeteria. Cafeteria Hours Lunch 11:00 am – 1:30 pm Dinner 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm Vending machines are also located in the hallway past the main waiting room and are available 24 hours a day. Restrooms Restrooms for visitors are located near each patient care area. Visitors should not use the restrooms in patient rooms. We ask that all visitors please respect the privacy, comfort, and safety of all patients. We also ask that visitors be free from illness, such as colds/flu, and adhere to hand hygiene and infection control guidelines.

Enter the main, front entrance to access our main lobby. The Registration/Information Desk is located there.

Spiritual care is provided by the Jackson County Ministerial Association. There is a chaplan on call 24/7 to serve you. Please let any staff member know if you would like to request services.

Computers, tablets, and smartphones with wireless capability can connect to the internet with FriendsConnect, a free, wireless service provided by Friends of WVU Hospitals. If you have trouble with your internet connection, please call the WVU Medicine Help Desk at 304-598-4357. This number is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
