What to Bring
Please bring a list of your current medications along with your insurance card and photo ID.
Parking
Free parking is available for use by our patients and families. If something happens that causes you to need assistance with your vehicle, please ask Registration to call Security for you.
If you are being provided transportation to or from the hospital, your driver may pull up to the main entrance and ask the front desk receptionist for assistance. They will provide a wheelchair, if needed.
Checking In
Please bring your insurance card and photo ID.
Our Policies
Smoking is prohibited on hospital premises, clinics and facilities. Tobacco use of any form, including e-cigarettes and vapor products, is prohibited on hospital premises, clinics and facilities. No weapons are permitted on hospital premises. Violence or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
