Overview
WVU Medicine Grant Memorial Hospital (WVU GMH) originally opened in April 1958 and became a non-profit hospital and part of the WVU Health System in 2023. This critical access facility serves Grant, Hardy, and Pendleton Counties, as well as neighboring counties, in the beautiful Potomac Highlands region of West Virginia.
WVU Medicine Grant Memorial Hospital has a vision of leading to a healthier tomorrow.
The mission of the hospital is to deliver quality, compassionate, safe, and innovative healthcare close to home.
With 25 licensed acute-care beds, this facility is supported by more than 350 employees and a medical staff of over 15.
Facilities, services, and programs of the hospital are available to all individuals regardless of race, sex, age, handicap, creed, national origin, color, or ability to pay.
