Amenities
We hope to make your visit as comfortable as possible. For your convenience, we offer the following amenities on campus for patients, family members, and visitors:
Cafeteria
The Harrison Community Hospital cafeteria serves visitors and patients a blend of home-cooked foods and ready-prepared heat and serve items that are characteristic of the local area. The cafeteria is open seven days a week from 7 am to 5:30 pm. Vending machines are available and offer a variety of beverages and snacks. Because many patients are on special diets, visitors should check with the nurse on duty before bringing food or drink to patients.
Gift Shop
The shop has gift items, jewelry, magazines, greeting cards, candy, and toiletries. Proceeds from all sales are donated to the hospital.
Chapel
The chapel at Harrison Community Hospital provides a peaceful and relaxing environment where visitors can reflect, meditate, or pray. Located across from the nurse’s station, visitors and patients of any or no faith tradition are welcome. The space is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
