Director of Women and Children’s Services

The Director has 24-hour responsibility to assess the need for planning, organizing, controlling and staffing of areas of service line manpower, materials, technical information and financial resources to provide a cost-effective quality driven environment to achieve identified patient care objectives for a specified patient population. Represents the hospital and areas of service in all programs and/or product lines to medical staff, hospital, and community. Maintains active communication among medical staff, interdepartmental directors, areas of service employees, and provides mechanisms for ensuring quality care, issue resolution, and areas of service staff competency.
