Zach Francis, LGSW, joins the WVU Medicine Center for Integrative Pain Management as a clinical therapist. He graduated with a master’s degree from WVU.
INTERNAL MEDICINE
Brittany Hallberg, FNP, joins WVU Medicine as an internal medicine nurse practitioner at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. She graduated from Walden University.
RADIOLOGY
Sabah Servaes, MD, joins WVU Medicine Children’s as a pediatric radiologist and vice chair of pediatric radiology. Dr. Servaes is a former associate professor of pediatric radiology, director of body CT, and director of the radiology residency program and pediatric radiology fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She is board certified in diagnostic and pediatric radiology.
SURGERY
Federico Seifarth, MD, FAAP, FACS, joins WVU Medicine Children’s as a pediatric surgeon, surgeon-in-chief, and chief for the WVU Division of Pediatric Surgery. Dr. Seifarth was the director for pediatric surgery at Kalispell Regional Healthcare and medical director for Montana Children’s Specialists. He also served as a pediatric surgeon and director for minimally invasive surgery at Cleveland Clinic.
Buckhannon
OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY
Caitlin Morgan, CNM, joins WVU Medicine as a certified nurse midwife at St. Joseph’s Hospital. She completed midwifery training at St. Joseph’s Hospital and earned her post-graduate certificate at Shenandoah. She was a labor and delivery nurse at United Hospital Center.

Michele Sheetz, FNP-BC, joins WVU Medicine as a nurse practitioner in cardiology at Berkeley Medical Center. She graduated from the University of Tennessee, Memphis.

Michelle Wolen, ACNP-BC, joins WVU Medicine as a cardiology nurse practitioner at Wheeling Hospital. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh.
