Richard Redlinger, MD, chooses WVU Medicine Wheeling Hospital
Cardiac services grow in Wheeling with the addition of vascular surgeon
Richard E. Redlinger, Jr., MD, recently joined the WVU Heart and Vascular Institute team. Specializing in vascular surgery, Dr. Redlinger will practice at WVU Medicine Wheeling Hospital and will see patients at their Triadelphia location at The Highlands.
Dr. Redlinger received his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine. He went on to complete his internship and residency in surgery and a fellowship in vascular surgery at Eastern Virgina Medical School in Norfolk, VA. Redlinger is a Diplomate of the American Board of Vascular Surgery and American Board of Surgery. He is also a member of many other professional organizations including the Society of Vascular Surgery and the Society of Clinical Vascular Surgery. In addition to his clinical experience, Dr. Redlinger has spent considerable time as a clinical professor and is widely published for his research and work in vascular surgery.
