WVU Medicine now offers primary care in St. Marys with Halee Bowie, FNP-C — a St. Marys native dedicated to caring for the community she calls home. Walk-in care is available for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, including colds and flu, infections, minor injuries, sprains, minor fractures, and more. On-site testing and X-rays help providers diagnose and treat patients quickly, and if follow-up care is needed, we can connect you directly with primary care or specialty providers within WVU Medicine for continued care.
Specialty Care + Diagnostics
Patients can also access specialty services including Urology, Sports Medicine, OB/GYN, and General Surgery at this location. On-site laboratory services and X-ray imaging are available with a provider order, making it easier to complete testing, imaging, and follow-up appointments in one convenient location. Urgent care hours and what we treat
Urgent Care is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for non-life-threatening illness and injuries. Patients can walk in for evaluation and treatment, with on-site diagnostics available to support quick answers. If you’re experiencing severe symptoms—such as chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of stroke, or major trauma—call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
On-site testing and diagnostics
On-site rapid testing is available for COVID, flu, RSV, strep, mono, and UTI. On-site blood draws and X-rays are also available with a provider’s order. If follow-up testing or specialty care is needed, your care team can coordinate next steps within the WVU Medicine network.
Primary care and specialty clinic hours
Primary care and specialty services are available by appointment, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Specialty services include Urology, Sports Medicine, OB/GYN, and General Surgery—offering expert care close to home with coordinated records and referrals when needed.
