Better Sleep Starts Here.
About 20% of the general population suffers from some form of sleep disorder, many without even realizing it. Poor sleep doesn’t just cause fatigue — it can contribute to serious health concerns like high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, depression, and decreased concentration and safety at work or on the road. If you’re struggling to fall asleep, stay asleep, snore, or stay awake during the day, you don’t have to push through it alone.
At WVU Medicine Camden Clark Sleep Center, our sleep specialists provide expert evaluation, diagnostic sleep studies, and personalized treatment plans to identify the root cause of sleep issues and help patients achieve long-term improvement. With the right diagnosis and treatment, many patients experience significant improvements in their energy, health, and overall quality of life.

Ready to Take the Next Step?
Research shows that getting enough sleep is essential for good health. If sleep problems are interfering with your life, expert evaluation can help you feel better and function at your best.
What to Expect During a Sleep Study
Sleep testing helps identify sleep-related issues that may not be obvious while you’re awake. Our team uses advanced tools to provide clear answers and next steps.
What We Monitor
The Camden Clark Sleep Center uses state-of-the-art equipment to monitor brain waves, eye movements, breathing, blood oxygen levels, heart rate, and muscle activity during sleep. These functions can appear normal while awake, but become abnormal during sleep — which is why testing is so valuable.
How Your Study is Recorded
Sleep Center rooms are monitored by closed circuit televisions and microphones to ensure all sleep-related activity is observed and recorded for a complete evaluation.
Your Results and Care Plan
Your referring physician receives a complete sleep report that defines and diagnoses the sleep-related problem and includes a recommended treatment plan. Our Sleep Center is capable of monitoring adults and children ages five and up.
