The Patient Portal Services are only available to individuals that have an existing account beginning January 1, 2011 to present. Hospital lab results are typically available within 36 hours. Radiology results available 48 hours after being performed. LabCorp results are not available in the Patient Portal.

For children ages 0-17, download the authorization form and return on-site at the locations below.

The patient liaison is located in the lobby of Garrett Regional Medical Center between the hours of 8:30 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. All other times need to be pre-arranged with the Health Information Management department.

A paper application for each minor child between the ages of 0-17 must be completed on-site at the patient access department with the patient liaison representative, or the HIM department by each parent requesting access. The application must be signed in front of the patient liaison or HIM personnel and the parent and/or legal guardian must show proof of identification (i.e., driver’s license, which will be copied.)

The same would apply for Legal Custody or POA cases. The paper application must be signed in front of the patient liaison or HIM personnel and the parent and/or legal guardian must show proof of identification (i.e., driver’s license, which will be copied.)

You will receive an email with your one time Logon ID and password. You will then go to the Sign In link to access the Patient Portal.

If you received a Patient Portal pamphlet from a recent visit to Garrett Regional Medical Center and your email address is on file, click Enroll and fill in the fields to receive your one time user name and password. You must have your Medical Record number to enroll.
