Cancer care in West Virginia is reaching new heights with a $50 million gift from the Hazel Ruby McQuain Charitable Trust to the WVU Cancer Institute. The gift will fund a new state-of-the-art cancer hospital on the WVU Medicine J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital campus in Morgantown.
