Appointments
What to Bring to Your Appointment
To help you prepare for your visit, please bring the following items – along with anything your provider may have specifically requested:
- A valid photo ID
- Your health insurance card
- Insurance authorization (if required)
- A doctor’s referral (if required)
- Any recent test results related to your condition
- A list of your current medications and dosages, including any allergies
- A list of questions you may want to ask
- Something to take notes with (notebook, phone, tablet, etc.)
Parking
Main Campus at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital
Patients visiting the WVU Heart and Vascular Institute should enter through the south entrance of the South Tower, which serves as the main entrance to the Institute.
Patient Parking
Parking is available directly in front of the main hospital for your convenience.
Valet Services
Valet service is available at our Main Campus to make drop-off and pick-up easier. Simply pull up to the south entrance, and our valet team will meet you at your vehicle to assist.
