How long is the program?

Residential Program: 28 days

Detox Program: Varies by individual; average stay is 3–5 days

Can I have visitors or family therapy?

Visitation: Not permitted to ensure privacy and focus on recovery

Family Therapy: Available virtually by request through your assigned therapist

Can I smoke during my stay?

Yes, cigarettes are permitted. However, all other tobacco or nicotine products (vapes, chewing tobacco, etc.) are not allowed.

Can I bring my phone or electronic devices?

No. To protect guest confidentiality, all electronic devices are prohibited during your stay.

Can items be dropped off during treatment?

Yes. Friends or family can drop off approved personal items. Any prohibited items will be returned or held until discharge.

Can I have outside food delivered or brought in?

No. All outside food and drink is prohibited, including deliveries from restaurants, friends, or family. All meals, snacks, and drinks will be provided on-site.

What does aftercare planning include?

Aftercare planning begins before discharge to support long-term recovery. Each plan is personalized and may include:

  • Scheduling follow-up appointments (e.g., psychiatry, individual therapy)
  • Referrals for sober living homes or long-term treatment
  • Connecting to community resources like AA, NA, Celebrate Recovery, or peer support specialists

What to Bring

Clothing
  • 7 weather-appropriate outfits (no offensive logos or drug/alcohol imagery)
  • 7 sets of undergarments and socks
  • 1 pair of gym shoes
  • 1 pair of shower shoes
Hygiene Items
  • Shampoo, conditioner, body wash
  • Toothpaste and toothbrush
  • Alcohol-free mouthwash
  • Hairbrush/comb
  • Glasses, dentures, hearing aids (as needed)
  • Makeup and hair tools

  • Hygiene items containing alcohol (e.g., mouthwash, hairspray, sanitizer)
  • Perfume/cologne
  • Illicit drugs, drug paraphernalia, over-the-counter medications
  • Non-cigarette nicotine products (vapes, pouches, chewing tobacco)
  • Electronics (phones, tablets, etc.)
  • Inappropriate materials (drug/gang/offensive content, pornography)
  • Glass/metal objects, glue, inhalants
  • Stuffed animals, bedding, or towels
  • Hair dye, laundry products
  • Weapons or sharp items
  • Money, credit cards, cameras, or recording devices
  • Food or drink (all meals and snacks are provided)
