2026 Schedule for Childbirth and Breastfeeding Classes

• Class size is limited and is on a first call,first reservation basis.
• A minimum of two participants is required for each class.
• You are encouraged to schedule your classes for your third trimester.

Childbirth Classes

Class Dates:  January 26 / February 2, 9 / May 4, 11, 18 / August 3, 10, 17 / November 2, 9, 16

This class is held for 3 consecutive Monday evenings and helps to prepare you and your support person for your labor and the delivery of your newborn.

Breastfeeding Basics

Class Dates: February 5 / April 2 / June 4 / September 3 / November 5 : 6pm-8pm

This class introduces the fundamentals of breastfeeding to expectant parents.  Support persons are welcome to attend.

All Day Saturday Childbirth Class

Class dates:  February 21 / June 20 / November 14 : 8am-4pm

This class is held on a Saturday for those unabel to attend the Monday evening classes.  This class helps to prepare you and your support person for your labor and the delivery of your newborn.
