You will be invited to explore the origin and urges underlying some of your daily habits. Mindfulness techniques and strategies will be practiced to induce a sense of self-agency, empowering you to generate optimal habits that support your overall quality of life.

Confidence can feel out of reach when self-doubt or unhelpful patterns take hold. In this Mindful Steps class, we’ll explore how mindfulness can help shift these patterns and reconnect us with our sense of adaptability and capability. Blending insights from neuroscience with accessible mindfulness practices, this session offers simple, effective ways to support a more balanced and encouraging inner voice. Through guided meditation, breath awareness, and gentle movement, you will learn how to meet challenges with greater steadiness and grow confidence from the inside out.
