Virtual mindfulness series scheduled to begin Monday, Jan. 11

This free 6-week series is designed to assist in developing and maintaining mindful resilience, mental fitness, and relaxation. Participants can attend six one-hour sessions (consecutively or individually) that offer a variety of simple yet practical tools to be mindful in daily living.

The series will feature a team of instructors with decades of combined mindfulness experience, including: neuroscientist Julie Brefczynski-Lewis, clinical therapist Laurel Faulkenberry, and yoga teacher & stress management specialist Nicole Gauthier-Schatz.
