MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Anne Schnatterly, M.B.A, B.S.N., R.N., C.C.R.P., WVU Cancer Institute Clinical Research Unit director, was selected to join the American Association of Cancer Institutes (AACI) Clinical Research Innovation steering committee.
The AACI is comprised 102 of the leading academic and freestanding cancer research centers in North America. It is dedicated to reducing the burden of cancer by enhancing the impact of academic cancer centers.
“Our participation with the AACI and its steering committees demonstrates our commitment to providing care that exceeds the standard,” Schnatterly said. “The WVU Cancer Institute strives to be a leader in the field of cancer treatment and research.”
Schnatterly joins 11 other steering committee members from cancer institutes across the nation in encouraging best practices and the efficient use of resources and operations in cancer center clinical research facilities.
