WVU Medicine Urgent Care in Spring Mills Relocating to New Facility

Martinsburg, W.Va. — November 28, 2025 — WVU Medicine announced today that its Urgent Care in Spring Mills will relocate to 49 Alliance Drive on Monday, December 1, 2025. The new location will enhance patient access to urgent care services while allowing for the expansion of WVU Medicine’s Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine practice on Campus Drive.

WVU Medicine Urgent Care centers are open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., providing walk-in care for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. In addition to the new Spring Mills location, WVU Medicine also operates urgent care centers in Charles Town and Inwood, ensuring patients across the region have access to timely, convenient care.
