At Hometown Healthcare, Patty Sheetz, APRN, CNP, is dedicated to providing personalized care for individuals and families in the Cumberland community. She practices as part of WVU Medicine Garrett Regional Medical Center's network of primary care clinics, supporting coordinated, high-quality care throughout the region. Conveniently located at 11306 Bedford Road NE, Cumberland, Maryland, 21502, we’re proud to serve our neighbors with trusted, hometown care.
LaVale Medical Center
LaVale Medical Center is here to provide comprehensive, accessible care for you and your family. Our clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm and Friday from 7:30 am to 3 pm. In addition to routine medical services, we offer clinical therapist appointments both in person and via telemedicine. Our lab provides walk-in services by appointment—please contact the office to schedule. Please note: the lab is closed for lunch from 12 pm to 1 pm.
McHenry Primary Care
McHenry Primary Care is committed to providing convenient, accessible healthcare for you and your family. Our clinic is open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:20 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Tuesday from 7:20 a.m. to 7 p.m., offering extended hours to fit your busy schedule. We also offer Urgent Care at our McHenry office, open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., providing prompt care when you need it most.
Garrett Medical Group in Oakland
Garrett Medical Group in Oakland provides comprehensive, patient-focused care with convenient hours to meet your needs. Our clinic is open Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our on-site lab is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., making it easy to complete tests and receive results in one location.
