Nutrition Education

Jamie M. Sexton MEd RD LD, Registered Dietitian provides Therapeutic Nutrition Education, including:

  • Diabetes – all ages
  • Heart disease (including CHF/HTN needs)
  • Weight issues – all ages (overweight, obesity, underweight)
  • Elderly needs
  • General nutrition needs – vitamin deficiencies, food allergies
  • Specific diet plans – calorie counts, carb counting, low fat/cholesterol, high/low fiber, high/low protein
