Medical Review Officer (MRO) services are available in-house to ensure appropriate, discrete management of drug and alcohol testing results.

We can assist with the development and administration of Drug-Free Workplace programs for any business desiring a pro-active abuse policy for their company.
Immunization Program
Keeping your employees free of communicable illness is important to workplace productivity and helps to lower lost-time illness and health insurance costs. Vaccines against Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, a combination of tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis, measles, mumps, and rubella, and influenza are available through our Occupational Medicine program. PPD skin testing is also available and on-site flu shot clinics are available.
Mask Fit/ Spirometry testing
OSHA recommends that mask fit testing be performed annually for employees covered under a respiratory protection program. Spirometry testing is at the examining physician’s discretion but is an integral part of the program. As part of this program, our team will review the OSHA respiratory questionnaire and the accompanying physical examination.
Physical Examinations & Screenings
Businesses utilize post-offer (pre-employment) exams as means of screening to ensure that prospective workers are ready for the demands of the job. We can collaborate with you to create appropriate exams or screenings to meet your needs. We also offer DOT and OSHA physical exams.
In addition to the above exams, we offer physicals to determine fitness for duty, return to duty, or for special needs that may be particular to your business.
Mental Health and Stress Management
The mental health and well-being of your team members is vital to success. We offer stress and trauma screenings, referral coordination for behavioral health, and wellness check-ins for high-stress roles. We are happy to create a mental health and stress management plan geared to your company’s needs.
Third-Party Administration
We provide administrative services for drug and alcohol screening programs, including writing a drug-free workplace policy, providing on-site education, preparing the necessary forms, choosing random names for drug testing, and much more.
Workers’ Compensation Program
We offer a program to help manage workers’ compensation premiums and payout costs, including initial injury treatment, return-to-duty exams, specialist referral, impartial evaluations to evaluate disability and the need for accommodation, and second opinions regarding current care.
We are committed to partnering with you to support the unique needs of your business. We are happy to customize plans for our clients and offer free consultations to determine how best to bundle services for your organization.
