Here at the Health and Wellness Center, our members come first, and we are committed to the health and wellness of each and every one of you. We want everyone to have their annual checkup and we are willing to pay you to do so!

HOW TO EARN FREE MONTH:

• Schedule an appointment with your primary care doctor.
• Pickup a wellness card from the front desk
• Have your doctor or front office personnel sign and date the card and bring it back to us
• Your next month’s membership dues will be on us!

The Fine Print:

Your doctor must be a part of the WVU Medicine system to participate.  If don’t know if your doctor is in our system or not, you can call 304-424-2348 or email : scott.smith5@wvumedicine.org

Limit one free month – per qualifying adult – per calendar year; maximum benefit of 2 free months per membership.
