CCYB’s Leadership Program is for previous campers ages 13 to 14, who desire to develop leadership skills and become candidates for a junior counselor position. The A.S.T.H.M.A. ( Acquiring Skills To Help Manage Asmatics) program will begin this summer to help previous campers understand how they can play a part as a leader at CCYB. The program will coincide with camp where candidates will meet prior to the start of camp and daily to discuss the qualities and characteristics that will make them a good leader.
