In order to maintain a well-staffed hospital with quality personnel, PCH offers a student loan/scholarship program to individuals seeking to further their education in a health-related field.
Qualified students selected by the student loan/scholarship committee receive loans, without interest, for positions that are identified as hard-to-fill, such as Registered Nurse, Medical Lab Technicians, and Physical Therapists. In exchange for the loan/scholarship, the students agree to work at PCH upon graduation in the selected field of study.
