How Can You Help?

Our volunteers help our patients and hospital in many different ways:

Patient Hospitality: Spending valuable time with our patients.

  •             Listening
  •             Providing Comfort
  •             Reading and Talking
  •             Meeting Other Needs

Reception: Greeting visitors and patients.

  •             Assisting patients with the registration process.
  •             Directing patients and visitors to areas throughout the hospital.

Retail: Providing coverage in the gift shop.

  •             Earnings purchase items for PVH’s patients and visitors.

Hospice: Providing assistance to the Hospice team during care.

  •             Homemaking help
  •             Assistance shopping
  •             Relief of caregivers
  •             Clerical duties

How Can You Become A Volunteer?

All those interested in becoming a volunteer are encouraged to fill out a Volunteer Applicationand a Volunteer Health Screening.
