Cardiac rehabilitation offers services for patients who have experienced cardiac heart failure or a recent cardiac event such as angina, heart attack, bypass, surgery, heart stents, heart valve replacement, or transplant.

The cardiac rehab team works with patients to lessen their symptoms while also implementing strategies to improve heart health, ability to perform daily tasks, and overall well-being. Cardiac rehabilitation for patients may include exercise, nutrition education, stress management strategies, and health counseling.

Pulmonary rehabilitation benefits individuals with:

  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
  • Cystic fibrosis
  • Lung transplant
  • Pulmonary hypertension
  • Other lung conditions

Through pulmonary rehabilitation, our team can help patients have fewer symptoms and complications, require fewer hospital and emergency room visits, and improve daily function and quality of life. Some components of pulmonary rehabilitation include prescription and medical equipment assistance, nutrition counseling, tobacco cessation support, and various exercises to improve breathing, flexibility, strength, and endurance.
