How Can You Help?

Our volunteers help our patients and hospital in many different ways:

Patient Hospitality:

  • Spending valuable time with our patients
  • Listening
  • Providing comfort
  • Reading and talking
  • Meeting other needs

Reception:

  • Greeting visitors and patients
  • Assisting patients with the registration process
  • Directing patients and visitors to areas throughout the hospital

Retail:

  • Providing coverage in the gift shop.=
  • Earnings purchase items for PVH’s patients and visitors

Hospice:

  • Assisting the hospice team during care
  • Homemaking help
  • Assistance shopping
  • Relief of caregivers
  • Clerical duties

How Can You Become A Volunteer?

All those interested in becoming a volunteer are encouraged to fill out a Volunteer Application and a Volunteer Health Screening.
