Qualified Mental Health Professionals are available 24-hours a day to provide crisis intervention and complete psychiatric assessments for patients of all ages. Services EPS Crisis Workers provide include assessment and referral of patients to the appropriate level of care, case management with referring facilities, pre-authorization of insurance coverage when needed, and the facilitation of communication between the Emergency Department, or referring facility, and our Behavioral Health Unit to ensure timely service.

If you have any questions regarding the Behavioral Health Program, outpatient resources, substance abuse treatment options or involuntary commitment, an EPS Crisis Worker is always available by phone.
