Cancer care is often complex. Each of our nurses assist patients through the course of discovery, treatment and rehabilitation. They are an important bridge between the doctor, adjunct services, and their patient. We recognize that timing is everything, and at the Thomas Breast Care Center, from the moment your patient makes contact with us, they will have the option to be seen by a surgeon within 24 to 48 hours. Our unique care process provides: Monthly conferences with physician specialists discussing cases ensuring the best outcomes; medical liaison services ensuring clear communication and a better understanding of medical recommendations; ongoing support, assistance and referral for financial, social, or community-based resources if needed; and support from the family members of the patient.
