We understand that getting started as a supplier with one of our WVU Medicine companies can feel like a lot of paperwork and steps. That’s why we’ve created this service to guide you through the necessary documents and processes, ensuring your setup is as smooth and quick as possible. From registering as a supplier to receiving timely payments, we’re here to assist you every step of the way.
Our Supplier Setup Assistance includes:

- Guidance on how to submit invoices and ensure timely payments for your services
To help you through the process, we’ll be holding a Supplier Assistance Meeting every Tuesday from 1 to 3 pm. During these sessions, we we will walk you through the process and answer the questions you may have.
