The Patient Advocate is available to patients and families to assist in your WVU Medicine inpatient and outpatient experience. If at any point we are not meeting your expectations with your care, we encourage you to bring these concerns to the attention of your care team or a manager. If your concerns remain unresolved, we encourage you to reach out to our Patient Advocates. The Patient Advocates are here to address any concerns or complaints and are available to respond and serve as a liaison with your health care team to assist with your health care experience. Advocates are also a resource to assist with review of patient concerns through our formal review process. We are committed to providing you with the best experience possible.
