Thinner Winners Program Week #7 Reminder

Week 7 (January 1 – 7)

You’ve made it into the New Year and it’s all about your health! Recharge from the holiday season by reflecting on and using the strategies of the last few weeks, find your quiet time, eat lots of plants and drink lots of water, and find an exercise plan that works for you. Instead of restricting this year (no eating after 8pm, no soda, etc.), considering adding new things, such as a walking routine, or at least a few servings of fruits/vegetables a day. Reflection is important so take action by thinking back to what was most helpful for your personal wellness during this health management program.

Thinner Winners is a seven week nutrition and weight maintenance program designed to help people maintain their weight and make healthy decisions through the holiday season. The program began before Thanksgiving and will end right after the New Year when program participants will need to have their weight recorded a second time. There will be a grand prize raffle for 10 Well Packs at the end of the program for all participants who complete it.
