Rhodes’ prior leadership roles include serving as COO and Administrator at Texas General Hospital and CEO at Baylor Surgical Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, where he focused on operational performance, surgical growth, financial management, and physician engagement.
“Roger’s ability to lead with clarity, foster collaboration, and drive measurable improvements has already made a significant impact at Thomas Hospitals,” Rosencrance added. “We are fortunate to have his vision, dedication, and experience guiding us into our next chapter of growth and excellence.”
