WVU Hospitals East to Host Free Diabetes Awareness Event on November 21

Martinsburg, W.Va. – In recognition of National Diabetes Awareness Month, WVU Hospitals East invites community members to a free educational and screening event aimed at raising awareness and empowering individuals to prevent, detect, and manage diabetes.

The event will take place on Friday, November 21, 2025, from 10 a.m. to noon at the WVU Health Sciences Center – Eastern Division, located at 2500 Foundation Way, Martinsburg, WV 25401.

This event is open to anyone interested in learning more about diabetes - including those with pre-diabetes or diabetes diagnosis. The event will feature expert-led presentations and complimentary health screenings.
