When you enter the doors of our facility in the Medical Office Building building at Weirton Medical Center, you enter a serene and caring office environment. We want your visit to be a positive experience! To enhance your experience, we have included a Hospitality Area in our front lobby were we supply snacks and a selection of coffee and hot chocolate K-cups for you to enjoy while in our waiting room.

Our staff is proud of its local roots and proud to be providing the best in health care to the people of the Ohio Valley. Our history starts in Weirton, WV, where Dr. Tina Cutone was born and raised before attending medical school at WVU. Dr. Cutone was joined by Dr. John Luiza, Dr. Michaela Lamonde, Dr. Abigail Hoyle, Dr. Diana Carmona, and Dr. Conor Corcoran, who along with Dr. Cutone, specialize in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Appointments

Appointments can be made by calling our office during normal business hours.

After Hours and Emergency Care

If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911 or head to the nearest emergency room. For all other calls, an on-call physician is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week by calling our office phone number – 304-723-4700.

Prescription Renewals

Prescriptions are renewed during normal office hours. In some instances, we may require that the patient be seen in our office prior to medication renewal.

Financial

All office visits are payable at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards and debit cards. Please contact our billing office should you have any financial questions or concerns.

Billing and Insurance

We participate with most local and many national insurance plans. However it is your responsibility to understand whether your insurance has limits on the doctors you can see, or the services you can receive.

If you provide complete and accurate information about your insurance, we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for services. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts.
