Dr. Ethan Colliver
Ethan Colliver, DO, is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and pain medicine. He earned his doctor of osteopathy degree from Midwestern University in Arizona and completed his residency at the University of Utah, followed by fellowship training in interventional pain procedures.
Dr. Colliver has more than 20 years of experience. He is known for combining advanced diagnostic tools with compassionate, patient-centered care. His clinical interests include back and spine disorders, musculoskeletal pain, and non-surgical approaches to pain management.
