Eric S. McClanahan, DO, FACOI
Born and raised in Van, West Virginia, Dr. Eric McClanahan received his medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia.
He completed his internship at Charleston Area Medical Center and his residency at Bluefield Regional Medical Center (BRMC).
Before joining Bluewell Family Clinic in 2018, Dr. McClanahan was the Director of Medical Education at BRMC. He continues to serve as Associate Professor of Medicine at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine and Adjunct Clinical Faculty Member at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.
Angela Collins, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Originally from Tazewell, Virginia, Angela Collins earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Bluefield State College and a master’s degree in nursing from Bluefield University.
She completed clinical hours in the role of Family Nurse Practitioner at Bluefield Clinic Company, Bluefield Pediatric Cardiology, Bluestone Health Center–Prudich Medical Center, and Mt. View Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Angela joined BRMC in 1993, first as a staff RN, then charge nurse, Assistant and later Interim Clinical Director of Medical/Surgical/Pediatric Nursing Unit, Risk Manager, and finally the Director of Quality Management and Regulatory Compliance. She also served as an Adjunct Faculty RN to the BSN Nursing Program at Bluefield State College.
