WVU Medicine Camden Clark providing student athlete impact testing and sports physicals

What: Sports physicals and impact testing for PSHS & PHS and their middle school athletes

When: Saturday, May 30 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Please arrive at the following times using the first letter of your last name: A-D 9:00 a.m.; E-J 10:00 a.m.; K-M 11:00 a.m.; N-S 12:00 p.m.; and T-Z 1:00 p.m.

Where: Cornerstone Primary Care, 1907 Ann Street, Parkersburg, WV

Additional Information: Cost is $5. The Student Athlete Physical Form must be completed and signed by a parent prior to arrival. The form is available online at wvssac.org/form-downloads. Participants must wear a mask, scarf, or bandana. Social distancing practices will be in effect. Parents will not be allowed in the building. WVU Medicine PPE and infection control guidelines will be followed.

For Impact testing: There will be Impact, and SCAT5 testing offered for all PHS and PSHS Athletes, 9th thru 12th grades (for all sports) during the week of May 26. Tests will be done at the WVU Medicine Camden Clark Health and Wellness Center (2804 Birch St. Parkersburg, WV 26101).
