WVU Medicine Camden Clark hosts February Heart Events

February is American Heart Month and WVU Medicine Camden Clark will be hosting three seperate events:

Heart Healthy Women's Luncheon | Friday, February 21 at 11:30 a.m. | Parkersburg Art Center
The annual Heart Healthy Women's Luncheon will be February 21 at the Parkersburg Art Center. This year's theme is "Home is Where the Heart is." Cost is $15/person; doors will open at 11:30 a.m. and lunch will be served at noon. Advance registration is required by calling (304) 424-2200 or emailing kim.couch@wvumedicine.org.

Free EKG's and Low Cost Lab Work | Saturday, February 22 from 8-11 a.m. | Camden Clark Health & Wellness Center
Preventive care plays an important role in keeping you as healthy as possible. Visit the Camden Clark Health & Wellness Center on Saturday, February 22 from 8-11 a.m. for free and discounted health screenings. Advance registration is not required - for best results fasting is recommended for twelve hours prior to blood work.

Dinner with a Doc | Tuesday, February 25 at 5:45 p.m. | Grand Point Conference Center
Join Dr. Geoffrey Cousins, Chief of Cardiac Surgery at Camden Clark, for Dinner with a Doc on Tuesday, February 25. Dr. Cousins will be speaking about the comprehensive cardiac services available to those int he Mid-Ohio Valley. Cost is $8/person. Dinner is at 5:45 p.m. and the presentation begins at 6:30 p.m. Advance registration is required by calling (304) 424-2055 or emailing joyce.hubner@wvumedicine.org.
