Here at the Camden Clark Health and Wellness Center, we are taking this pandemic very seriously. We want to encourage everyone to do their part to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by staying home as much as they possibly can. With that being said, it is very important to stay active and keep you mind and body strong. Therefore, we have developed a series of Live and taped exercise classes that are designed to keep you active in the time that you are unable to come into the facility.
